I can format your proposed article prior to the first submission or reformat it for a new one, if it was previously rejected by the editorial board of a journal.

 

I follow the instructions to authors for the journal in question by standardizing bibliographical citations, respecting the appropriate number of figures and tables, etc.

To conduct it, on a specific topic, I would first search of such relevant sites and databases as Pubmed for publications with open access. Once this step is completed, I would synthesize my findings in a report.
